She watched a quick video and installed it all by herself with ease. she loves it the most out of all her house warming gifts. I have an older version myself and after 6 years i have yet to have an issue.

My only dislike, and it's minor, is that the unit has to be taken off and hooked up to a USB to charge. I wish it had a battery pack, like the stick up cameras, where I could just pop in a freshly charged battery pack when needed. The solar charger isn't a good option because the unit is not located in an area that receives direct sunlight.
