I like the extra security of seeing what's happening at my house, especially when packages arrive. The feed seems to be a few seconds behind live action, but that is probably due to my internet speed? Customer service/help has been superb!

Ring makes great products but buyer beware that you can only view your videos/history if you sign up for a ring subscription which is 15+ dollars a month. I ended up selling these because it’s too much of a commitment to have to pay the subscription just to use the product.

It goes through batteries too quickly. I installed name brand lithium batteries and they were dead in 6 weeks. The doorbell has been functional for 25% of the time over the last two years because it’s too much trouble to replace the batteries.

These work great and very reasonable priced security. I love the entire ring system.

Every home should have at least one of these. I can monitor the comings and goings in my home from wherever I am (on my smart phone). Set up was very easy. A must have.
