Notifications are great to get when away from home. Only possible downfall is that even at the 15 foot radius setting, it still picks up every car that passes by my house, which is 30 feet from the road. Otherwise I love it

What I notice is that it has dropped service a few times so I can't view video. RSSI is at 35 to 40 and internet signal is strong. I should have went with the 3 or 4 Ring but wanted to check this device out, my Eufy never had any issues! Maybe 5GHz connection is stronger but only 2GHz on this. Will wait for a sale and maybe upgrade later. I do like it and will be running the wire connection soon so it will keep the battery fully charged. Got this at a really good price on sale.

If your Doorbell is not activating the Live View or it is disconnecting from your wifi network, try reviewing the information in our Help Center article here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-Values-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength. It may be an intermittent interruption in the wifi signal your Doorbell is receiving, which could be due to another device causing interference.
