This doorbell is much better quality than the previous ring version. Video quality is great! Purchasing another one for my back door now.

Does the doorbell is exactly what I had envisioned it to be the only problem is I do not like that I have to pay a monthly service fee to have all the upgrades and stuff but other than that I would definitely tell other people to buy this

I bought the Ring Video Doorbell along with the Amazon echo show 5 great pair. I suggest you buy them both, they work great together.

It was convenient that I could just sit in my car and had to wait no longer than 5 minutes for my order. A courteous man named David brought my order out to me and had a wonderful sense of humor. He even laughed at my jokes and dropped one of the boxes by mistake. We just laughed and I trusted the fact that the item wasn't broken although he worried a little. All and all, I drove away with a smile. David is a very nice young man.

Very user friendly set up by using the ring app. There was easy connection to my wifi. Since putting up 2 weeks ago, have had zero problems with it.

Good product, decent picture quality. App does take a few seconds to load and the battery drains quickly if you have alerts set up, but overall a decent buy.
