The ring doorbell is great. This connected to my existing chime and power so I didn’t have to buy the additional chime nor worry about having to recharge the battery. I love being able to view deliveries and the motion detections. I definitely recommend this!

Better HD camera than my 1st gen. Overall works the same as older model including occasional hangups. Transferring my existing protect plan wasn’t as easy with Ring, but after a few times contacting customer service it was rectified.

It works great, but I didn’t realize it was the kind you had to remove to recharge, so that’s a bummer. It keeps a full charge for a long time.

I had to replace our 1st gen Ring doorbell. The old one worked well for almost 8 years. Got the new one during the Black Friday sale. It works great. However I was surprised 8 years ago that nothing on the box sated there is a monthly fee if you want the video recording to work.

it’s worth it when it comes to the video quality but it dies very fast!! we literally have to charge it every 2 days which is inconvenient because it takes forever to reach full battery but other than that it’s good

I like that I can answer my door from my phone. This is a great asset for me when I am not at home. The best thing that I have.

Fantastic product at a good price. Easy to install, just make sure you know you have to charge it first even if you hook it to direct power.
