I love them and would recommend purchasing them. I also have Arlo security cameras, which are great, but the replacements batteries cost me a fortune to replace every few months.

I spent a day trying to install and uninstall the unit. I also rebooted my router and modem. Still had issues, returned the unit and took a chance with another unit. I had to stand in line for 20 minutes waiting to return it and then I was told if I wanted to exchange the unit I would have to go get another one. Finally home and installed the unit within 45 minutes. Only reason I gave this unit a 3 is because the second one was so easy to install.
