Started trying ring and love it so far, clear image

I bought this ring doorbell for my son who lives in some apartments. Some really sketchy stuff started happening after some drug addicts move in next door. So this gave a little piece of mind and maybe helped to deter them from doing anything around his apartment.

Useful, but be aware of your settings. You could run the battery down fast and have to recharge every few days. Extremely useful for home security. The app is also a good resource to keep up with what's happening in your own neighborhood.

Great product for those who can’t hardwire. My only thing was how big it is otherwise it is great

The door bell camera works great, it alerts you when people come to the door and when people walk out the door, the voice communication is clear and very understandable, all in all we love it.

Would have given it 5 stars, but because of the location I had to put it, it doesn't get the best view. Also, I thought it would wire into my existing doorbell so that I would get a chime in the house. Could be my chime is broken, not sure. Given that, probably wouldn't have paid an electrician to wire and just would have bought battery operated doorbell instead. Just something to thing about when you are deciding which one to get.

I did not get to use this item because I was in a house fire before I was able to put it up. But my indoor ring camera worked perfectly

Slow response and only notifies me when I come on the porch but not when a stranger comes on the porch.

Our ring doorbells have been working great for over 2 years now. There have been no issues with them at all. Love the security they provide.
