I buy from them a lot, and over the last two years I've brought two entire kitchen appliances and is very happy with their service. Get their credit card and you get points and it's like money!

It lets you know when someone is approaching wherever you are. Its nice because it looks great and the app shows you events your neighbors report. For example there has been an uprise of people breaking in cars and now theyll get caught if the try.

I plan on getting 1 for my daughters apartment. (You just never know.) Don’t pass this by. “BUY IT, YOU SHOULD’NT BE DISAPPOINTED”.

This my second door bell replacement and last.

It is a valuable feature that is designed to notify you as to who may be near your home. Please know that it is a priority for us to be of assistance and find a resolution to your concern.
Motion Zones allow you to define a specific area that you want your Ring doorbell or security camera to cover while ignoring everything outside that area. In order to get proper motion detection, battery-powered cameras using passive infrared motion detection, should not be placed facing a window or in front of a glass door. We like this product because it helps us see’s who’s touching our property outside of our home. We’ve been having issues where there are teens stealing our property from on our porch.

We’re not sure if it was just because she had an Android phone but setup failed after multiple attempts, and got to the point where I had to take a break from trying. Afterwards, I continued the setup on my iPhone and it took less than 10 mins. She loves the device.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand the importance of a seamless setup process, as this allows your aunt to start using her Ring Video Doorbell (2020 release) right away. What you describe is not the experience we want you to have, rest assured we hear you and are here to offer our help.
While not comprehensive, the three most common causes of failure to complete the setup (after entering an incorrect password) are your Ring device being too far from your wifi router, having a problem with your internet connection, or some type of issue related to your wifi modem or router. It does sound like there may have been an issue with the Android phone, as you were able to complete the setup on your iPhone in less than 10 minutes. In some instances, the Smart Network Switch on Android devices may need to be adjusted. The link below has some great tips and tricks for Android devices when the in-app setup fails to complete.

It wasn't compatible with our doorbell and I'm not sure which ones it would be compatible with since ours is a standard wired type-nothing special. Took another 20 minutes to disconnect it and reconnect our old switch. Located the Ring in a different location so now we have 2 doorbell systems. Really just wanted one and description did say it was compatible with most wired systems. On a good note, the video and photos are very good and it does work well with Motion Detection and Doorbell button.
