    I wanted the door bell wired not just battery because my previous ring was wired. The geek squad could not due. There fore I have to take it down and charge battery maybe every 2 months.

      The Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen.) is designed to be installed with existing doorbell wiring or wireless. Disconnect power to the installation area at your circuit breaker or fuse box before beginning installation. Always use caution when handling electrical wiring. Installation by a qualified electrician may be required in your area. Refer to your local laws and building codes before performing electrical work; permits and/or professional installation may be required by law.

    Easy too install. Works good. Not super happy with having to pay $3.00 per month for cloud storage.

    The Ring Doorbell has been a great addition to my security. The video capturing could use an upgrade as it is blurry and grainy a lot of the time. It also doesn't seem to be capturing a lot of images even though it is motion sensing objects.

    Great product, took some getting use to especially as ppl pass your house and you’re not home. Battery life kinda suspect but I like it for what it’s suppose to do.

    Love my Ring doorbell! Monthly cost is not that much for just the doorbell, but we have it included all in our alarm system. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
