It works great and its nice to have peace of mind there is no better way to monitor the house 24 hrs a day.

very nice to get notice of person entering front yard. Did not like having to pay subscription price to keep recordings of events. Nice to know what else is going on in neighbor hood.

Best Buy didn’t have the Ring I wanted in the store, but they were nice enough to order the one I wanted. It arrived quickly to my home. The next day or two, the installer came out & Put it in. It’s working great. I love having it. It’s great to be a member of Total Tech Support.

I purchased this door bell for my daughter and it has come in very handy to guard against package theft from her home.

Good product. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can see persons arriving at my door. The only negative thing is I wish I could see the whole porch area. I see a portion of the porch, but not the entire thing. It would be helpful so I can see if packages are placed at my door. I can only see packages placed away from my door.

I love my Ring doorbell!! The convenience of being notified and able to see what’s going on no matter where you are is huge!

Great product, but the motion sensor seems to work different from fron to back door. In the back, you have to walk up to it for it to detect you. Im the front, it captures everything moving most of the time! Also installed at family members house and their sensor works like my back door one.

Like it. Works good. Battery does die a bit faster than i would like it too. But that's just my lazy side talking.

I like it, however, I was unaware that there was a monthly fee. If I can keep it without the fee nI will. the neighbors cat keeps setting it off,. Not worth paying to see that.
