Love the product and how it connects with echo devices throughout the house.

Works good in all weather and wind. Had a bad wind storm and the door bell is still in good working condition.

Love it!! Super easy to install and easy to set up. The internal Battery lasts over a month without having to be removed and the unit "Recharged". The Ring with the removable Battery is a lot more $$.

Really like the bronze color. Was easy to install for this gal and her 12-year old daughter. Yes, I hard-wired it. Battery-capable too. Purchased the $30/year package to save the video after the trial ran out. Worth it.

Took a while to get a solid quality connection but I blame that on my wifi. After a day of trouble I finally got it to connect and it is very good quality! Happy with the purchase. Sometimes all it takes is a little patience.

While I LOVE the color of the qctual doorbell, I don't like the flat design of the cameras in the newer models of the Ring Doorbell. I have the 1st generation Ring Doorbell with the round camera and it catches everything including my actual porch. With this version, not so much.

Phenomenal video, ability to zoom in and out is incredible. Love the notifications. Amazing product!!

I love my Ring doorbell. The install was good as long as you follow the directions on the the app and in the box. One of the draw backs is that I was a little unhappy with is that sometimes the video and app can have a little glitch in it. Otherwise very happy with my purchase would buy more ring products.

Having a ring camera is a must. It always comes in handy and doesn’t give me difficulties.

I didn’t get this particular one installed bc my doorbell didn’t work but I ended up ordering a different version of the ring doorbell. I am enjoying it
