Notification delays are often related to wifi connection or mobile device variables. A delay of under six seconds is expected due to signal fluctuation.

I purchased the record history for each year but it doesnt cover the doorbell after the first 60 days. Bummer. So now im supposed to pay for record history on both? Not happy.

Without this service, you will still receive real-time video alerts on your smartphone and have access to the live view feature. The Ring Protect Basic Plan includes video recording for one Ring doorbell or home camera, or essential digital features for one Ring Alarm. The cost of the Ring Protect Basic Plan is $4.99/month or $49.99/year. The Ring Protect Plus Plan includes Ring's premium video and notification features for all your Ring doorbells and home cameras at one location. This plan also includes all the benefits of Ring Protect Basic and costs $10/month or $100/year.
