We are happy to add some information here regarding sharing use of the Ring app with your Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen.). Please follow these steps to add a shared user in the Ring app:
Tap the top menu (≡).
Tap Devices.
Tap on the device you want to share.
Scroll down and tap Shared Access.
Tap Add User.
Enter the email address of the person you want to add as a Shared User.
Toggle on the device(s) you wish to share.
Tap Grant Access in the pop up window.
Tap Send Invite to share access.
From a mobile or desktop browser:
Log in to your account at Ring.com.
If you're on desktop: tap the Dashboard home icon at the top.
If you're on mobile: tap the top menu (☰).
Tap Settings.
Tap Shared Access.
Tap the plus (+) icon under Users.
Enter the email address of the person you want to add as a Shared User.
Select the device(s) you wish to share.
Tap Send Invite to share access.
Ring Community launched in March 2019 to help deliver the most current news and educational information to our customers. You can find tips and tricks from other Ring users in our community. This peer-to-peer forum allows our neighbors to share their feedback and experiences.

Perfect video doorbell

My only issue is that if you don’t wire it you have to get a chime because the phone ringer doesn’t always work , but it does what it’s suppose to do
