    It performs well as a sentry. In order to have a history of the video a subscription to their site is necessary but the yearly cost for one device is modest at $39.99. There is also a neighborhood alert from other Ring doorbell users.

    The product was a pit difficult to activate. Some processes were slow to respond causing errors with install and activate.
