Based on your review, it seems that you are not fully satisfied with your Ring Video Doorbell. If your device is not working as intended, we recommend resetting your device. To reset your Ring Video Doorbell, press and hold the setup button for 10-15 seconds and release. Once the white light on the front of the device stops spinning, proceed with the setup process. Do not recommend

Doesnt notify any one infront of your house but notifies if a car drives by, batter gets charged takes almost 2 days to charge and 4 days later it says battery needs charge. When it records some movement the recording is grayed out so cant see a thing.

The features and technology provided by the Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation) are incredibly valuable. We would love the opportunity to resolve the concerns mentioned in your review.
It sounds like your device is not performing as expected. To clear up these issues you mentioned, your device may need to be reset. Follow these steps to reboot your device in the Ring app:
Open the Ring app.
Tap the menu (☰).
Tap Devices.
Select the device you want to reboot.
Make sure it's connected to wifi.
Tap the Device Health tile.
Scroll down to Reboot This Device and confirm your selection.
Give your Ring device a few minutes to start up.
Visit our support center if additional troubleshooting is needed.
Ring Community was launched to help deliver the most current news and educational information to our neighbors. This online forum is divided into four categories: Product Boards, Ring Updates, Tips + Tricks, and a Moderators’ Corner. The Product Boards are where you can begin new topics with your questions or feedback; there is also a search option that helps you find topics that have already been posted by other neighbors.

I've had packages sitting right in front of it and still no notification. I've called Ring customer service and they were no help. It's worthless.

not real happy

Keeps dropping WiFi connection.

It started just after the warranty expired. I spent 1 hour, and fifteen minutes on the phone with the Ring tech who kept saying it must be the internet providers problem, google fiber, however the other ring devises work just fine. I am exploring Google Nest as a replacement.
