To charge the battery for your Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation), use a common micro-USB cable, such as the orange one included in your Ring box. Simply plug it into any USB power source. Your doorbell can take around 5-10 hours to fully charge, depending on whether the USB cable is plugged into a USB port or a wall outlet.

For example you see a car parked out side. in the next recording the car is gone. So it doesn’t capture the movement of the person walking right in front of my house and walking to there car. I would return it if I could. I’m definitely not buying the subscription they offer!!! Oh plus the video is no good you can’t make out license plates or faces. I would OT recommended.

To adjust your motion settings please do the following steps: Open the Ring App, Tap the three lines in the top left corner, Tap Devices, select your desired camera, Tap Motion Settings, here you can adjust the motion sensitivity of the camera. All our devices do come with a limited one-year warranty, in which Ring will repair or replace any Ring products that malfunction due to defective parts or workmanship, at no charge to you. There is also an extended warranty available through our Ring Protect Plus Plan option.
