When it works, it works fine. We have had several issues with wifi connectivity and it not recording video successfully, despite resetting router, ring device, phone etc. It offers a sense of security and enjoy seeing when we are not home. There have been a handful of times when it did not record such as when getting a delivery. It is not wired in and just running off battery which seems to run for a good amount of time.

I love it better great quality it covers my hole front yard driveway, neighbors driveway. I’m very satisfied with it. I ordered some offbrand of Amazon along time ago, but nothing beats a ring product very good products love it would definitely recommend it to a friend

I love the product just when weather is really cold it went offline and had to be removed to reser. Also wish it could be charged without being taken down

This doorbell is one of the best I have ever seen. Since around my neighborhood there many people going to houses or stealing things so this is really the perfect thing ever. Also it was very easy to set up. I would totally recommend this product cause of its features and how it is.

Awesome devise that allows to always see who's at the door even when you're not home. It was easy to install. It also lets you anticipate and prepare for unwanted guess.

I purchased this ring door bell camera because people come into my building touching door handles. I haven't caught anyone as yet. I wish their was a siren installation within the doorbell app.

I just love my Ring Video Doorbell. The pictures and audio are great. It has a feature called Neighbors it keeps you inform on stuff that happens in your neighborhood ex: lost pets, suspicious activity or people. Areas near you where people are breaking into and stealing cars, I will definitely be added more ring camera's.

Great device I would recommend it for everybody. I’m thinking about getting new home security through the same company and installing it myself.

Great product! This doorbell has many features more than just a doorbell. The one I got which I didn’t read on the fine letters is that I have to charge the battery with doorbell. The older version I guess has battery that can be charged separately and buy additional batteries if you need to. So be aware. Other this I like this product and the features it comes with it. I feels safer at home knowing and seeing who’s at the door. Night vision is so clear you don’t need light. So convenient.

I always say i was going to buy one. Well i did and got it at a great price, plus it eas easy to attached to the hard wire the door bell was easy
