What I notice is that it has dropped service a few times so I can't view video. RSSI is at 35 to 40 and internet signal is strong. I should have went with the 3 or 4 Ring but wanted to check this device out, my Eufy never had any issues! Maybe 5GHz connection is stronger but only 2GHz on this. Will wait for a sale and maybe upgrade later. I do like it and will be running the wire connection soon so it will keep the battery fully charged. Got this at a really good price on sale.

It may be an intermittent interruption in the wifi signal your Doorbell is receiving, which could be due to another device causing interference. I also have the video floodlight and video camera, both mounted in my carport. The RING proved that I did not receive a FED EX delivery on a date stated in the past... refund fully given by the original vendor. It is a great peace of mind piece to have. Highly recommend.

Wish we had known ahead of time about the yearly subscription fee. You don't need it for the ring to work. You do need it if you want to review the recordings. We cannot get it to link to Google hub.

Only problem is our crazy Chihuahua has figured out that when the motion is activated at the front door, that means “stranger danger” and he goes nuts. Great for actual strangers, but not good for friends and family.
