I primarily got this ring doorbell cause I would spend my time with headphones and gaming after a long day. Which means I can’t hear when I have headphones I would set my phone on a stand and be able to see the notification. Another reason is because I don’t like opening the door for random people anymore and can tell them to go away with out going outside. A plus: records movement when you’re not home.

The camera and doorbell work flawlessly. I also use the camera and doorbell functionality in my home automation system. Camera has good night vision properties. Battery life is excellent and it does not need frequent recharging even without external power connection. The real time remote use is great even without a subscription.

Easy to set up and very secure. Clear pictures portable goes with you wherever you go.

Purchased this for my granddaughter living in an apartment; it has been very helpful allowing her to see outside her door and that makes her feel safe!

Nothing bad be said about this camera. This camers gives a since of security that is in matched. If you arw able to have it hardwired, I highly recommend it, other the battery will need to charged alot, but that also depends on the settings that you choose. When you buy it play with the settings see what works best for you situation.

The Ring Video Doorbell has been a great addition to my home. The setup was super easy, and it looks really nice by the front door. I love how I can see who’s at the door right from my phone, whether I’m home or not. The video quality is clear, even at night, and the motion alerts are spot on. It’s also really cool to be able to talk to visitors through the app. Overall, it’s given me a lot of peace of mind, and I’m really happy with it!

Works as I hoped. My last video doorbell stopped working with the app it connects to and that app is no longer being supported. So I needed a new one that would continue working. Took about 4 minutes to install wirelessly after charging for about 2 hours. I've had this up for almost a month now and no need to charge yet. Pictures on the app are clear, can drop in and see live view anytime and no glitches in the app. Only thing I don't dig is having to pay for the service if I want to continue being able to see any alerts/movement pics or videos. I'm looking now to determine what all I need to do in order to route it to an external drive to save them myself. Overall a good buy, and not a BestBuy issue at all.

Perfect video doorbell, easy to install, nice video and picture quality for the price. The pro version does have a higher quality camera, but this one is more than adequate. The color and finish of the doorbell looks great with most decor.

I like the look of this much more than the satin. Easy to hookup and use. Still reacts a little late to movement even with zones set. I know they say that is connectivity but device registers in green so it says it has good connection. Overall happy and have used doorbell function, which is a nice feature when away.

I had my tires slashed in the new city I moved to. I don’t know anyone here besides people at work, so I’m assuming it was pesky neighborhood kids. This doorbell can put me at ease to look over my car and front porch at all times. The battery life is excellent. No complaints at all.

Very easy to install. The battery life is better than I was expecting. One full charge last up to 1 week. Please, note that if you want to have the recording feature you will have to pay an annual subscription. The quality video is great.

This is my third Ring. Works beautiful, picture and video quality is Amazing. Easy to use. I pay $3 a month for video storage, worth the money. Comes with installation video. Your 10yr old can install it lol

This ring doorbell is very impressive. Much better quality than other cheaper brands ive tried. The battery lasts a long time and it gives you several warnings to change it when it gets low. Night vision is the best on the market
