Videos good App is great sound a little off , and if you have to buy a chime, but really good overall

Really great product I know and see instantly if anyone is in my front or backyard so when I'm not at home I can keep an eye on my home

Previously owned the doorbell pro. This is every bit as good but with one distinct flaw. (Hardwired) Living in the North, temps can drop below zero during winter. This model requires a battery even if you hardwire it. I installed the doorbell 4 days ago, we have had a couple cold nights, and I am getting a low battery warning. Apparently hardwiring this model with existing doorbell wires only provides a constant slow charge to the battery (which powers the doorbell). Under cold temperatures or maximum motion detection, the battery can drain faster than it can be charged.. So, if you live where temps can get below zero, get the doorbell pro (no battery). If you are anywhere else, this is a great doorbell at a fraction of the cost of the pro.

The ring video doorbell 2020 release is great! Good camera quality and audio, only bad thing was the packaging was super beat up when it got to me because of the poor way it was packaged. Thankfully nothing was broken!

I should have gotten this doorbell sooner. Makes life so much easier. I know exactly when deliveries are made.

Fun safe . Easy to install I am not allowed to drill and no doorbell - so I used 15 lb adhesive on the metal strip of the window .

Serves it’s purpose well. It picks up everyyyyyyy movement that comes pass.

I like the door bell. I don't like that you have to pay a monthly fee to view the video history. It does have a nice strong magnet to hold it on the door if you don't want to hard wire it. Battery seems to last a long time.

This is so helpful and makes me feel safer while at home, nothing about a ring device is a bad idea I think everyone needs one
