But the negative is the neighbor hood Ring notifications about everyone else’s issues going on! It’s crazy how often we get notified!

Picture quality is excellent, app is great, alerts are in real time, no lagging. Price was fair and installation was easy once I realized that I needed the wedge mount for my vinyl siding. I like the "speak" feature where you can talk to someone on the porch. Well made item and works how it should. Very pleased with my purchase, I would buy another one for another area of the property for sure.
