The Ring is good and we like it so far. But there are drawbacks. One the video installation guide talked about the installation kit included in the package. Supposedly the kit included wire extenders. It did not so I had to call and work through a long stream of voice mail commands before I got a real person. Next we live in a townhouse that fronts a busy street. Every bus and person walking on the sidewalk resulted in an alert. We needed to get a friend to tell us how to avoid a ton of alerts.Installation was easy once we got the wire extenders but the set up was another exercise in technology problems without a set up manual to guide you through...the set up is all on line. It was easy once you were able to get in the system but again no printed manual to read.

Excellent doorbell, easy to install. Camera, video, speaker and microphone all work perfectly.

It’s really convenient to have for safety and be able to see who at the door on the phone at home or from work. Goos clear video and easy to set up. This is my second one.

The ring was super easy to install and easy to work. The battery last for a long time before you have to charge it. I have had this product over 30 days and have not had to charge it yet.

It is very great on battery life and is super simple to install

I honestly enjoyed this product all around. Good app comes with the brand where you can share events and things going on around your area etc. At first I was dissatisfied with how easy it would be to unlatch it but I found out it comes with a security pin inside as well. To prevent any one from taking it off. All I’m all good motion capture, decent battery life.

Great buy! It was priced low and it works great. I attached it to my door boa and now i feel safe and secure. The color is bronze and looks vintage but a great match.

I was scared to purchase initially because I wasn’t sure if I would need expert assembly or not, but I didn’t! No hardwiring required. Really simple to install. You simply download the app, scan the QR code and it pairs with the device…basically sets itself up. It comes with everything you need including the screws to position it at the door.
