With the sticky attachment we did have it fall at least once but it was an easy fix. I 100% would buy again and will probably get another one for other doors or for my in-laws for Christmas!

We are happy to share with you some information on how to use the Ring No-Drill Mount for the Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen.). Stick the No-Drill Mount to your wall and hold it against the surface firmly for a few minutes making sure it is firmly and securely attached. Wait a few hours for the tape to adhere to the surface before installing your Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen). Ensure that the area is clean and clear of any dust or dirt prior to installing the mount. We recommend wiping down the surface and then drying it with a dust free cloth.

Im still learning how to use it. Depending on activity battery will need charged frequently. I would recommend purchasing an extra battery.

They don't always work properly. This one works and takes pictures as well. Easy to install. Easy to replace batteries. Had to get used to the tune it played as different from cameras at other doors. We haven't used the talk feature yet. Running a small customer service business from the house a good doorbell is important. It's embarrassing when a client calls me and says I'm on your porch and I presssed the bell but you didn't come.

It’s a little addicting getting notifications on your phone want to see what’s happening on the camera. Keep in mind after the first month you do have to pay $3 per month to use their cloud service to record and store what happens. Without this $3 per month the camera is useless. Still love it and I have no problem paying the $3/month.
