It’s a great product. I upgraded to this 2020 1080 version from the Original. Better picture quality for sure. I think there’s still much improvement that can be done on the audio and video. But this is best value for someone first ring. There’s a yearly fee for storing videos captured but it’s not required for use. If you choose to not get that you see live videos only while they happen and that’s not practical use.

Still loving this, I have one for front & back door. Occasionally there are connectivity issues but that's more related to my internet than this device. I have had to call ring support once to get it working again and they were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They also gave me a code for a free chime pro to help with my connectivity issues. I highly recommend Ring.

so far so good. after a number of break-ins and thefts in the gated community I live in, the camera gives me some peace of mind just to see who is wandering around and when. I get alerts on my phone and my watch. It was very easy to install (wireless) and set up. It's an add-on to Ring security system, all integrates well.

I purchased this as my back door unit, having the more expensive sister model for the front door. This works just as well and was easy to install and update the app to include the new device. The subscription service was worth it for me and saved me 500 dollars in landscaper fees when I could prove they did not come to my house on specific dates.

These doorbell cameras are wonderful! We are able to see when the mail arrives, when packages are delivered, and when food is delivered. It's very handy to be able to speak to the person outside from the safety of our home before we open the door. We have two front doors, so the two doorbells allow us to see our entire yard, and both sides of our vehicle. We are very happy with this product.

Took time to get connected and linked to my phone. Great quality camera. Have it linked to my echo show and wireless cameras. Nice security.

I love my ring camera. I can check my camera anywhere. I receive information and updates from near by neighbors to help keep each other safe. Even alerts about lost animals. I’ll def order another one and get one for my moms place as well.
