We bought it because of a man that's been harassing people in the neighborhood and damaging the cars parked on the street. It's nice to see the recordings of everyone who comes up to the door especially for when we're waiting on a package or delivery. The only thing that really falls short is that you have to buy an additional chime in order to hear the doorbell in your house. I have the Ring security system that comes with a base station with a speaker and I find it crazy that you can not play the doorbell sound from the base station. I thought Ring products would integrate well with each other but it seems there is no overlap. The security system is completely separate from the doorbell. I was waiting on someone to come for an appointment and my phone wasn't in the same room. They showed up 10 minutes early and I missed the Ring notification and they ended up thinking I wasn't home. This has happened a few times, so I put a note on my front door to use the old doorbell. Kind of a shame.

I connected it to Alexa so I know when someone is at the front door when I'm in every room of the house. I did subscribe to the monthly Ring system so I could look back at old videos or if I'm not at home. The bronze color is very stylish!

Huge improvement. I got this on sale for like $60 on Black Friday and then purchased a second as a gift for a relative.

This looks good on my house and gives me freedom to pick and choose when i want to answer the door and catch those lazy people who want to steal your packages.. dumb kid's.. definitely recommend to any and all, easybto set up and install!

The ring is pretty great only defaults which may not be the ring itself but my wifi it can take awhile to load the live. Also the battery life is phenomenal

App interface is easy to use and install was simple. The only negative i would give it is that at the start of a motion activated video is the quality is poor for 3 to 5 seconds but, then clears up. Also, when packages are delivered im usually only able to see the person who delivered them as they are turning to walk away it doesnt catch them as they walking towards the camera.

I loved the bronze color because it matched the colors of my exterior. It is very easy to setup and use. I love that you can easily add on more cameras and chimes in the future if need be.

So middle of the road as far as points. We wound up clearing the configuration and returning it. The unit proved to be too wide to replace our existing doorbell, and we did not want to mount it into the brick exterior. Setup was easy via the related app, and it was meant to tie into an Echo Show we received from family for Christmas.
