My only disappointment was you have to take the whole unit down to charge, I prefer the removable batteries so I can just rotate the batteries out.

The only issue I have was through trial and error we figured out that the Ring device does not work well with 5g wi-fi, it would be nice if they told you in the instructions but it was an easy fix.

The image quality is clear enough, and the app is helpful for what you want to see in either Live or Recorded. The ringer could be louder though and the speaker is ok. What bugs me is that you have to subscribe in order to maintain the recorded feature. That is just annoying but I get it, they need to make money as well.
