Not a fan of that. Without the fee you get live video but that's it. Luckily I have other cameras so I don't need to pay the fee for this one but I would prefer if they gave you the option to download the video to your personal pc for historical viewing rather than pay for their services.

Avoid unwanted solicitations and instruct delivery personnel where to leave your package!

I have the night vision camera and after watching the videos of neighbors that are in color I may have to switch. But I have discovered no issues with this doorbell camera.
