Excellent doorbell ringer & love the iPhone compatability to see what's happening around the front entrance. This is so much better than the old style systems it's not even close!!!

Everything I expected, notifications are clear. I was able to get a notification and communicate with the person at my door from clear across the state while visiting family.

This new ring doorbell is awesome! Its my 1st doorbell camera. Got it for the price. The camera quality is awesome. It was fairly easy to install. Really love it.

$75 for the chime and doorbell... it’s a deal! I’ve never owned one before and all I got to say is it’s amazing, but I’m very impressed with this low priced ring doorbell.

I'm handy, but certainly not an expert. Still, installation was very easy. Finding which breaker to shut off to replace original doorbell was probably the most difficult part. Camera has a nice wide angle to capture video of people approaching the house. Alerts are easy to see on cell phone, and setting a "do not disturb" for early risers in our home was simple. Would definitely recommend this product.

This was purchased for an elderly friend and the installation is really not bad - just follow the instructions. But there were two things that slowed me down. One was my friend is still on AOL for email, and during the installation you have to access your email (well, his email) after you create an account. AOL did not like the confirmation link sent by RING and it took me a while to figure that out. After accessing the AOL email through Chrome rather than the AOL interface, the confirmation link worked and I could proceed. The next problem was that due to the distance between his router and the front door, his WiFi signal was rather weak, so range extenders will need to be used. The doorbell works, but when on his WiFi, the video access and uploads were a little laggy. When on cellular service, the unit functioned properly. So the next step is to get some WiFi range extenders installed. The chimes work well. And you can log into your RING account on your PC and view the door bell video feed on your PC.

Purchased this Ring doorbell due to its' small size, width wise. Installation was straight forward, and all accessories were included.

Great I can see my front yard and house entrance from 1200 miles away No more worries about wind or rain damage when we go down for a vacation If doorbell is rung I can answer just like we are sitting in the kitchen

Once the Ring device is up and properly mounted, its great. Installation? not as simple as it seems. This model requires a specific (2021) wedge kit. It take a bit of searching(on Ring website) to find. Once you find the specific wedge kit(on Ring or other websites) its a breeze. This model does not have battery back-up. But hint...If you have a Model with Battery Back-up....the Ring still connects to your home wi-fi network(that is now "down" due to power outage) Once that goes down, the Battery back up is of limited benefit. So this Model is a great value, even with its lack of battery back up.

Took a little while to set up but once up and working it works just fine. It’s been up and running for a few weeks and nor real issues.

Easy hookup. Works great!! I love being able to use for extra security. Now i know qhen my mail is here. I also like you can put the chime where you want it

This ring works great! You can see things about 180 degrees from doorbell. No more barking dogs either as I have a new chime. They could make the app a bit more user friendly though.

The Ring equipment works flawlessly! The only issue experience was related to the wireless network, not Ring. Great experience thus far!

The doorbell works as advertised. However the installation wasn’t as simple as portrayed in the instructions. We had to hire an electrician even though we had a working doorbell to begin with.
