This one wired. A little confused by installation instructions regarding wire for existing door chime transformer, but got it working. Able to see/monitor both doorbells in the app. Pleased with purchase.

My only complaint, if you call it a complaint, is the sensitivity. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac and have a fairly deep driveway. The Ring doorbell chimes when cars zip thru the curve.

The outdoor background light makes it difficult to identify people until they are quite close. Can not find a setting to change any brightness settings. It works great during night time and for the sake of knowing who is at and has been on my front porch it is reassuring.

Great purchase

Not working as Advertised

You are correct. Ring Windows/Mac and desktop apps are no longer receiving updates for new devices and features. Please note that while certain features and products are no longer supported by the desktop apps, the apps will continue to receive critical security and bug updates.
