An absolutely underrated feature of owning a Ring product is the app and specifically the "Neighbors" feature being able to get updates from other people in the area that have a ring product is super helpful to keep up-to-date on local events and emergencies.

The best buy team explained away the confusion we had and helped us with our decisions .We would recomend sending others there for help with any questions they may have in picking out a ring system.

I could be at work running a high priority call and when i hear those wind chimes on my phone I know my fiancé made it home safe. My mind is at ease and my dogs already know what that sound means, so if they’re sleeping on the job and hear that sound they go into patrol mode lol
