The camera picture is clear and easy to install. You get instant notification of someone at your door. The only drawback is that you have to pay an extra fee for picture storage and usage.

I am 75 years old and can not hear the up stairs doorbell. This combo of doorbell and wireless chine means that I can now hear it in my shop.

But, the directions were very easy and a perfect install. Fun to play with a new toy for a month. Will make the decision after the free month if I go with Ring Security or not. Great product

The camera helped me avoid a solicitation from a person who should not have been working our community. The chime is great. We can hear the doorbell from the garage, the back porch, and the master bedroom now.

Was easy to install. Many variables on the ring settings to choose. Would recommend getting the basic recording service but can be used without to see who is at your door.

That has yet to happen - Geed Squad weren't willing to install because it required electrical work. fortunately, out gate has 16v and this unit is 16v, so hopefully it works well when we get it installed.

Got it for my parents who are older and have a hard time getting up and down stairs to answer the door. They can see who it is and talk to them without getting up. Downside you have to pay for a subscription and plan.
