Don’t like that there’s a fee to have it record,service required which is a shame. I have a skybell also bought at Best Buy and it records with no fees (motion detection included, and beautiful hd clarity).

App can be difficult to navigate at times but overall I am happy with the purchase. The 30 day trial with recordings is a nice option to have but I decided to opt out of the yearly subscription.

Both the doorbell as well as the chime work just fine and I am impressed with the technology as well as the efficiency of use and the ease of setting them up. The only complaint I have is how cheaply made the “chime“ seems to be. Don’t get me wrong, it still works just fine but it seems to be made of a cheap plastic compared to the doorbell which has a lot more quality feel to it.

I just feel all the money you spend on them; they can offer recording for at least 6 months free.The product is definitely something Best Buy can offer you to purchase.

Also like the neighborhood alerts and warnings best thing i ever did. I'd recommend to everyone already told my family about it and some have gone and purchased one.

I can see who's outside without opening my door. You get 30 days of 'free' monitoring - after that the basic plan is $40/year if you have one device. The peace of mind is worth it! The only thing I wish is the picture quality was be better but it's not supposed to be a portrait.

Ring is amazing

I mainly wanted it for home security and to watch my packages being delivered. Works great! The setup is extremely easy, plus the subscription for extended services is more than fair.

I do like the chime allows seasonal sounds when the doorbell is pressed and is louder than the old bell. Video is clear. You must subscribe to Ring service to save old video.

I love that it is used for a door bell, motion sensors for anyone coming to my door and clear video. Easy to install.
