Quits working often when im not home to reset unit. Very disappointing piece of equipment. Hard to get signal, won't transmit through 2 walls to router, had to buy chime as signal booster for front of house and 2nd signal booster for rear door bell. Solar chargers are absolute garbage o these doorbell units.

It sounds like the device is not performing as intended.
If you're having a problem setting up your device in the Ring app, it's possible you are experiencing a problem with your internet connection. We have listed some issues here that you may experience with poor connectivity:
Your internet is not communicating with the Ring app at all.
Your internet connection is too slow to provide a decent signal to your Ring device.
We recommend the following solutions to this problem:
Install a wifi extender such as our Ring Chime Pro.
Contact your ISP about increasing your speeds.
