We went in looking for a TV, the sales person John was extremely helpful personable polite and knew his stuff. We highly recommend going to him for any purchases. We picked up the ring doorbell as well and are very happy with it!!! And we love our new TV it’s exactly what they told us it would be!

I think it works better than previous version and since it does not use a battery, it is much smaller and work better for my application. Setup for the doorbell and chime was simple. Ring has great directions and the app is very intuitive. Can't beat it for the price. Love it.

Being able to rely on the alerts to know when someone is at your door is an essential feature of the Ring Video Doorbell Wired. We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concerns mentioned in your review.
It sounds like the device is not operating as expected. The Ring Video Doorbell Wired requires existing doorbell wiring for its power supply, but it does not sound your existing doorbell chime. To hear audio alerts in your home, pair it with a Ring Chime or compatible Alexa device (each sold separately).
Once you've set up your Chime in the Ring app, follow these steps to link it to your Ring device(s):
Tap the menu (☰).
Select "Devices."
Choose your Chime.
Make sure the camera or doorbell you want is connected to Chime.
If your device is connected to the Chime, tap "Audio Settings."
You can adjust "Chime Alerts," "Chime Tones," and "Chime Volume."
You can select different sounds for doorbell rings and "Motion Alerts."
All of your devices can be set individually to have alerts set on or off.
Chime is plug-in devices that provide audible alerts whenever motion is detected or a doorbell’s button is pressed.

While your Video Doorbell has night vision that will kick in at night, visibility may not be as clear as during the day, especially farther out from the Doorbell's view. For the two-way audio, ensure you are speaking clearly into the microphone on your phone. Certain phone models may have more than one microphone.
