I’ve been using the Ring Doorbell for a while now and I’m really happy with it. The video quality is clear both during the day and at night, and the motion alerts are very fast and accurate. I like that I can check who’s at the door from my phone even when I’m away from home. The two-way audio works well, making it easy to talk to delivery drivers or visitors. Installation was also simple and didn’t take long. The app is user-friendly and gives peace of mind, especially when traveling or away from the house. I really like the image quality specially when you have a great from the first generation, you will find a big different, but I wish will work with my older transformer, it’s only worked with a specific voltage transformer that I had to buy separately for $25. That’s why I give it 4 stars. Otherwise it’s great.

This wired Ring doorbell was easy to install. Once installed, it provided clear and sharp views of everything in front of my house.

Extremely easy setup. Video quality is great. Can choose video call to your phone or have someone leave a message when they ring the bell. Far superior than the video doorbell that was provided by my security company, which I am not renewing the contract with and will be having Ring monitor my home. I have been buying other ring components and all are excellent.

Great upgrade from my previous Ring doorbell—noticeably better image quality. Size is similar, but mounting holes don’t align, so expect to drill new ones or adjust. Installation for the wired version was straightforward and secure. Highly satisfied.

I bought this doorbell to replace an older model. Installation and setup were very easy and straightforward. Did see improvement on the clarity of the video with the retinal 2K.

The product was perfect replacement of previous Ring wired Doorbell Camera which had a battery. This product doesn’t have a battery and is powered via hardwire connection. The installation was easy. Only problem encountered was doorbell transformer was indicated as low voltage. I inspected and repositioned the transformer in the electrical power center for proper ventilation and improved the output. Overall I am pleased with this product and should last longer than the previous product because the battery had died.

Easy to install, feels like it is are of quality materials and less bulky than the battery models. Features are good and video quality is good too. Highly recommend Ed!

We are Very happy with this Ring Doorbell Camera. Installation was extremely easy and straightforward, and everything worked flawlessly from the start. The video quality is great, notifications are reliable, and we always know who is at the door whether we’re home or away. It gives us added peace of mind and has been very dependable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-install, reliable video doorbell.

Decent camera definition easy to install but be mindful of the breaker your doorbell might be on. Safer to turn it off and install than doing it with the wires hot. I like that it’s less boxy the the couple I’ve had before my move.

What rI like about the Ring is the wide and far reach on it, I can see all the way to the street crystal clear and the voice quality is so clear, the wife and I rea love it, thank you !!

Had the battery version for 2 years, and probably spent more on batteries than a subscription and the unit cost. This is simple to wire, just add a jumper to the chime and then wire the doorbell to the existing doorbell wiring, no more batteries, 3 at a time every 3 or 4 weeks. Offers great view and high resolution so you can make out who's coming to the door, or driving by at odd hours.
