I paid for installation but now the doorbell has quit working. I was never told this requires a subscription but regrettably had to sign up after it was installed. Now the technician that came today said I have to upgrade to a new transformer. This was never mentioned to me at the time of sale either. Now I have to go shopping for a new transformer, pay for installation and then have the Geek Squad come back out and set this up again. The has been a dreadful, disappointing experience costing me lots of extra money due to lack of communication from the sales team. I consider this very unprofessional and unethical.
