Great product. Caution on instructions. I found that reading the on line instructions along with the provided instructions made it clearer. Part of the problem was watching an expert on you tube putting the back plate on wrong.

I purchased this item for my parents to help them filter out who comes to the door trying to sell something and those really important appointments you don't want to miss. Easy to use and set-up and my parents thoroughly enjoy it.

So far my new doorbell is working out well. The Ring Pro fit my doorjamb better since it's slimmer. The Pro also worked with my existing chime. It's nice knowing when someone comes to the door. This is a definite improvement.

Easy to install and set up. You need to use the app…that makes it easy. The doorbell works better than advertised. Add the Ring doorbell and you re set.

I had bought a refurbished one from Amazon that wouldn’t Connect, so went to Best Buy and bought a new one. It was easy to set up and worked without a problem. Their customer service was great in helping me with my questions before I purchased it. Great picture and have not had any issues with it thus far.

excellent detection/alerts for movement that can be customized. The app is solid. Easy to install. Only criticism is mediocre video quality, particularly to view individuals or details more than 20ft away.
