    We had someone install our wired Ring Doorbell for us so that wasn’t an issue. Had some difficulty setting up a shared user but got it done after some trial and error. Overall very happy with the product.

    I bought this for my aunt who had an original Ring doorbell camera. The old one wouldn't work anymore. I installed the new one and what a difference it made. It was easy to install, has a better signal that connects easier to the wifi. Picture and sound comes through great. Way better than the first gen it replaced.

    Ring-Video Doorbell Pro Smart Wi-Fi wired replaced my old Ring Video Doorbell 2 which was wired but also had batteries, The new Ring doorbell has no batteries. The picture quality is excellent even at night. It can be connected to Alexa, who answers the doorbell (quite amusing), or you can use your own voice.
