This is one of the Best Video Doorbell (Ring Doorbell Pro) in the market now. The version 2 is already out, for an extra of $80. So far a couple of days after the installation. This is the reason that I put 4 stars because to install it in an existing doorbell (even a video doorbell) is difficult. With the hardware provided was difficult to install it. You need longs M10 screws to attach the ring base or made a complete new installation that is not going to be 15 min. Other than that the features that the video doorbell provides is good ... probably very good. I was able to connect even with my refrigerator (not with google hubs). On the Control Center you have a lot of settings to play with and they going to help you. You need to mastered the setting then it going to work perfect for your home safety. Need more partnership connections. Ultra recommended!

I used to have an Skybell doorbell; it was old and has several issues; when I tried this new Technology I am happy with the purchase; it is very easy to hook up, setup, connect to the Internet; price was decent.

A True Game Changer The whole family thoroughly enjoys our Ring Pro Doorbell. Biggest two items, one both the daytime and nighttime video is exceptional quality and two is the amount of customizable settings to make it work and notify you how you see fit.

I have heard of connectivity issues, we have none (and dont have the best wifi). This has been a very good investment. Super easy to install. We had a doorbell from early 1980's, simple simple to uninstall it and replace.

I am so happy we purchased this device. The picture quality during the day and night are very good. It is helpful to see who is at your door and when packages are being delivered. It was a bit of a pain getting it set up once connected but the Ring customer service (once I got through long wait) was extremely helpful.

Upgraded my previous ring to this model, and hooked it up to my existing doorbell, so I don't have to worry about charging it. Love that when someone comes into view, it notifies them that they are being recorded.

Cannot believe I waited this long to buy one. Every home should have this. I am a Total Tech member so BB installed (thank goodness), I am very happy with the product. I also bought 2 Ring cameras and likely to add more. Great sense of security

Love this RING doorbell! We can see and hear everything, we have 2-way communication and alerts when we’re away. Clear video. Had a handyman instal - fast and easy.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Once you get the motion sensitivity set the way you want it this doorbell is a nice feature for added security!
