Every home should have this. I am a Total Tech member so BB installed (thank goodness), I am very happy with the product. I also bought 2 Ring cameras and likely to add more. Great sense of security

I found that reading the on line instructions along with the provided instructions made it clearer. Part of the problem was watching an expert on you tube putting the back plate on wrong.

Ring Pro is wonderful

The Ring Pro fit my doorjamb better since it's slimmer. The Pro also worked with my existing chime. It's nice knowing when someone comes to the door. This is a definite improvement.

Love mine

It was easy to set up and worked without a problem. Their customer service was great in helping me with my questions before I purchased it. Great picture and have not had any issues with it thus far.
