It's well worth having a ring doorbell but the button is the design flaw. It's hollow and after time will break. There is not a replacement available although you can buy a 3D printed one and repair it.

Doorbell not working

Unfortunately the installer could not get our door chime to work with the ring doorbell. He said the voltage dropped to low to make the chime work. After he left the doorbell went off line and is not working. I will try to reset it.
