    I like this better than the newer pro2, because at night time, the video looks better (less dark). I also like its 5g connectivity, it makes a huge difference when replying, virtually no “loading time”. The pro2 has a better sound all around. I am hoping the Pro 3 (when released) is worth upgrading.

    I bought this for my aunt who had an original Ring doorbell camera. The old one wouldn't work anymore. I installed the new one and what a difference it made. It was easy to install, has a better signal that connects easier to the wifi. Picture and sound comes through great. Way better than the first gen it replaced.

    The Geek who installed my new doorbell was fabulous! He had to install in very cold weather but did it seamlessly. He was courteous and efficient and took the time to teach me about the product.
