This is my 2nd Ring doorbell and I couldn’t be happier with it. Installation and set up are very easy and it adds a level of security that I don’t want to live without.

This is my third purchase of a ring doorbell (no fault of ring - I keep moving). It works great and I am very happy with it Dont forget to check your transformer before you let anyone hook it up! Had an electrician do it this time around and he failed to check - it became very HOT to the touch!!! Didnt expect that from too little power, but that seems to have been the problem. It was fine as soon as I put the right type of transformer on.

Great service and price from Best Buy. Or previous Ring doorbell stopped working despite the network and power supply being in good working condition. Had to find a replacement. This model went on sale at Best Buy so we landed up getting a better model. It was easy to install and is working great.

I chose the Pro over the regular Ring Doorbell for three main reasons. 1. I wanted the Doorbell to be hard wired into my existing doorbell. 2. The Ring Pro allows you to set custom zones for motion detection. 3. Video quality.

So far so good. The quality of the camera view appears to be well engineered. The night vision is quite clear. The field of vision is larger than I expected.

The doorbell was easy to install. The picture/video is coming in clear. I am happy with the product.

so far so good. it actually is replacing an older pro 2 model we had. which didn't work as good as it did when we first got it. the button was hard to push, the doorbell didn't ring most of the time. plus other problems. we went a newer one and it does work better, and we didn't have to start with setting up a new account with another brand, which was the main reason for going with the ring again.

I Replaced a 7 year old ring and this one is great.

Visual clarity, sharp video, easy to install, and records in detail.

The HD image is bright, sharp and clear. However, there should have been online instruction for users, not just for installers. Fortunately, Geek Squad was there to help me make adjustments to the app to solve issues. Also, I didn't know that VPN needs to be turned off on my phone and location turned on to access live images while away.

Works great! Very easy to install into existing wiring and door chime. Video quality is very good.

Easy setup, clear picture, good notification when people walk in front yard, like it better than the other brand I had at my old house.

I love it, it's better than the doorbell I have now.
