This is an awesome upgrade to what I had before. My old camera ended up showing pink in the camera and further research said it probably got burnt out with the sun and the heat. This was the perfect camera upgrade and the view is tremendous.

so far so good. it actually is replacing an older pro 2 model we had. which didn't work as good as it did when we first got it. the button was hard to push, the doorbell didn't ring most of the time. plus other problems. we went a newer one and it does work better, and we didn't have to start with setting up a new account with another brand, which was the main reason for going with the ring again.

This is exactly what I needed and the installation went very smoothly. The possible time window was set up the night before and the technician called when he was an hour from arrival.

Easy to install! Ring also has easy to use and informative app! I am all in to ring ecosystem now! I like the feature of custom motion zone so we can monitor the area we want to monitor.

This is my 2nd Ring doorbell and I couldn’t be happier with it. Installation and set up are very easy and it adds a level of security that I don’t want to live without.

The camera quality, set up process, and sound were great however, the camera stopped working after 30 days. I'm guessing it was defective? I have returned it and will order another.

The camera clarity on this model is so much better than the first one we purchased 5 years ago.

Works great, but not much different from the older version that gave up the ghost.

The HD image is bright, sharp and clear. However, there should have been online instruction for users, not just for installers. Fortunately, Geek Squad was there to help me make adjustments to the app to solve issues. Also, I didn't know that VPN needs to be turned off on my phone and location turned on to access live images while away.

This is my third purchase of a ring doorbell (no fault of ring - I keep moving). It works great and I am very happy with it Dont forget to check your transformer before you let anyone hook it up! Had an electrician do it this time around and he failed to check - it became very HOT to the touch!!! Didnt expect that from too little power, but that seems to have been the problem. It was fine as soon as I put the right type of transformer on.

Recently installed this doorbell camera and I have to say that I was impressed with the easy installation. I was able to install mine in roughly 10 minutes. The picture quality is top notch and very clear. I like that I am able to link it with my existing driveway Ring camera. Overall, 5-star product and would recommend.
