This was an item I was contemplating for a while and ended up buying it during cyber Monday sales. (accidentally - didn’t realize it was still in my cart). Decided to install it since the winter usually drains my ring doorbell battery quickly. Setup was a breeze and had it up and running within 15 mins. LOVE this! The fish eye view is a little weird but I love how it constantly has power! If you’re looking for an upgrade or deciding on your first Ring, this is the one to get!

Works way better than the battery operated ring device. But I have a minor gripe with it. The original house mechanical chime works whenever it wants to, in a very random fashion. I had thought it was an incorrect connection, but after many troubleshooting hours with Ring customer service, that wasn’t it. I also was unable to decipher if the mechanical chime is compatible, mainly because the chime installed at the house has no brand or mark anywhere that lets me know which brand it is. I would think it is compatible since the house was built in 2023. Point is, the mechanical ding dong sound only happens once about every other visitor, which is not ideal. I’m gonna go for a chime pro, which will get rid of the issue of missed doorbell calls.

I bought this to replace an older version and it’s great. Also super easy to install.

Before buying, check Ring's website to ensure your existing doorbell transformer and chime are compatible with this unit as you may need to change one or other. Otherwise works great. Only downside is the "Neighhbors" option in the app. Don't need other social media to get local neighborhood drama and gossip, it's all there.

The ring pro two doorbell is a very useful item I like the feature where the person is carrying a box to the door it notifies you that you have a delivery because it recognizes a box so if they’re just carrying a small bag it won’t notify you as a delivery I just notify you as somebody’s at the door that’s without them ringing the doorbell. It was very wide range of view I can see all the way to the bottom of my door and then I can see in my driveway and all the way into the neighbors driveway on the other side so it’s a very wide view horizontally and vertically. You can set the zones as well so it doesn’t pick up certain areas of high traffic like maybe a sidewalk where people walk it’s far enough away from your house that you don’t need to record that if you don’t want you can also set it to not give you alerts except when the doorbell is pushed. It works well with the echoe Devices that I have purchased I have second generation 5 inch and 8 inch echoes I would recommend This doorbell to someone who is looking for great features and reasonably priced products.

I am very happy with this product. It is sensitive to someone coming to the door or even walking past the door. The videos are very clear and show a wide area.

Replacing an 10 year old Ring. Easy to install and connect to Wi-Fi. Delivers a sharp picture. Reliably detects people and packages at the front door without false alarms from activity on the street. Continued to operate in sub-zero Minnesota temperatures that would shut down our old Ring.

This is a game changer! It is easy to install, simple enough to set up and use that my technology phobic Father in Law can use it, and the picture and sound are great! It allows me to check my door without risking getting stuck in conversation with salespeople or risk missing the postman!

I previously had the Ring Doorbell Pro, but we moved to a new house and decided to go with the newest model. The features and video quality are both noticeable better in my opinion. This does everything I need it to and was an easy install.

Replaced an older model with this Ring Wired Doorbell Pro. It is smaller than the previous one. The picture, video and audio quality EXCELLENT. I am so impressed with is new device and the overall quality. Night vision is also much better than before.
