The Ring app requires iOS 15 (or higher), or Android 9 (or higher). If your mobile device does not have the latest operating system, you may not be able to access the Ring app, or the Ring app and its features may not work as expected. If you uninstall the Ring app on your mobile device then reinstall the Ring app from your app store, you will download the latest version. Don't worry, you won't lose access to your Ring videos, settings, and Event History.
