I love the ring doorbell. I had another doorbell camera and had the worst experience online and in the app. With Ring, I can see so much more, the notifications and camera are in real time.

I replaced my first generation Ring with this one and the video and field of view is vastly improved. Seems like the Ring app connects much faster too.

The HD image is bright, sharp and clear. However, there should have been online instruction for users, not just for installers. Fortunately, Geek Squad was there to help me make adjustments to the app to solve issues. Also, I didn't know that VPN needs to be turned off on my phone and location turned on to access live images while away.
