However, there should have been online instruction for users, not just for installers. Fortunately, Geek Squad was there to help me make adjustments to the app to solve issues. Also, I didn't know that VPN needs to be turned off on my phone and location turned on to access live images while away.

I was able to install mine in roughly 10 minutes. The picture quality is top notch and very clear. I like that I am able to link it with my existing driveway Ring camera. Overall, 5-star product and would recommend.

It works great and I am very happy with it Dont forget to check your transformer before you let anyone hook it up! Had an electrician do it this time around and he failed to check - it became very HOT to the touch!!! Didnt expect that from too little power, but that seems to have been the problem. It was fine as soon as I put the right type of transformer on.

Works well to answer when not home. Not necessarily the best for an older home like mine. My wiring for it doesn't provide enough power for it to upgrade if needed.
