Works very well. Mine is hard wired but installation was relatively easy.

The Ring pro 2 provides excellent video quality. I used the Geek Squad installation, which I really didn't need. I watched them install it and it took literally 10 minutes. The package came with a angled mount, which I find gives a more centered video frame of my front door area. The Android app is pretty nice and easy to use. I definitely would recommend this product. But I don't think professional installation is necessary unless you are very uncomfortable with small do-it-yourself projects.

I am so glad to have this Ring Doorbell! I see who is at my door and decide if I want to answer it. When packages are delivered I know and can get them off the front porch right away. I also like the fact I can talk to the person on my porch if need be.

So far so good. We had it and several other Ring cameras, lights, bulbs, garage, etc. installed since I have the Best Buy Total Protection or whatever they call it these days. Wished the bulb we got from Ring that is right above Ring Door Bell would be smart enough to detect movement and turn out but I guess it doesn't.

The camera foodtage looks like a circle out of a fish eye lens, so you have a slightly large field of view. The video quality is a slight improvement, and the audo from the speakers sound much better. I would only upgrade from the first Doorbell Pro if the sound quality and video quality bother you. It drove me crazy, so i bought the new doorbell pro.

Ring Pro Doorbell is easy to install. It provides a very good picture during the day and night.
