Great camera option

Great quality and easy installation (thanks to a lot of help from my brother). App is very easy to navigate and would recommend this to anyone!

Rest assured, we are here today to provide you with some information in order to ensure you get the most out of your motion detection! We are confident we can find a solution that works well for you and your home’s environment.
I would be happy to address your concern regarding the issue that you are experiencing with the delay in motion detection of your Ring Wired Doorbell Pro. It is important to ensure that you have the proper motion settings in place for your environment. This includes increasing the "Motion Sensitivity" and setting "Motion Frequency" to "Frequently" in the Ring app. To optimize your motion zones and ensure that the device will detect accurately, please follow these steps:
Open the Ring app.
Tap the menu (≡) on the top left.
Tap Devices.
Tap the relevant device.
Tap Motion Settings.
At the top, tap Edit Zones or scroll down to tap Camera Motion Zones.
To adjust an existing Motion Zone: tap the Zone you want to adjust, then drag the points of the Zone to do so. Tap Save.
To add a new Motion Zone: tap Add Zone and drag the points of the Zone. Tap Save.
Accuracy in motion detection can also be improved by enabling Smart Alerts for people only in your Ring app.
To enable Smart Alerts:
Tap the menu (≡) on the top left.
Tap Devices.
Tap the device that you want to adjust.
Tap Motion Settings.
Tap Smart Alerts.
Tap Enable Feature.
Tap Continue.
Select the notification options that you want for Person and Other Motion.
You'll see a video camera where you can select or de-select recording and a bell icon to represent alert notifications.
After you've adjusted your settings tap Done.

We are very pleased with the functions and alerting people that they are being recorded. Hopefully with this feature it will deter anyone from trying to commit a crime at our home. The videos are very crisp and sharp. We recommend this doorbell!

Very nice upgrade from original Ring

The view and night vision is crystal clear. You can easily customize this device to meet your needs. Highly recommend the upgrade. It’s a bit pricey, but home security is priceless.

The Bird's eye view section I will need to work on a little. It wasn't able at set up time to capture the area well. Otherwise the range, clarity and picture quality even at night are great.

Picture is fine, the " head to toe" view is... Okay. My biggest gripe is that at night my view goes from color to black and white and it cannot be changed. Overall, it's an okay buy to eliminate having to charge the Ring doorbell every 5 seconds because this is hardwired.

The Ring doorbell works every time as it should and the photo and video quality is perfect! I highly recommend the Ring system!

It’s been better than both Nest generation and the Belkin Wemo doorbell camera which is definitely the worst one by far

I love being able to watch over my house whether I'm home or away. It never hurts to be able to pop in and check on your home so I highly recommend you get one of these simply for the peace of mind. I'm going to be adding a floodlight cam here pretty soon too.
