No more running to the door from the back of the house when someone arrives at the front door. A quick view on my iPhone or Apple watch and I know what to expect.

Just needed to upgrade my transformer to 16v-30va. Main selling point for me was because it still rings the mechanical doorbell chime. Only thing I didn’t like is that I’d need a subscription to the ring program in order to save events/triggers. If I can update this review later on in 2023 I would because I want to see how this handles in the cold winters.

The Ring Home Plan provides valuable capabilities, such as accessing paid features and the ability to save, download, and review footage captured by your Ring device. We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concern mentioned in your review.
With a Ring Home Plan, you can save, review, and share video recordings from your Ring devices to your Ring account. Without a Ring Home Plan, you can still view real-time video for Ring doorbells and cameras and answer doorbell notifications when they happen, but you don’t get video recordings of those events.

Good one, easy install, no issues

It’s been better than both Nest generation and the Belkin Wemo doorbell camera which is definitely the worst one by far

I wish it would load faster, but this may be an app and phone issue. I also wish ring was seamless integrated with more door locks. Compared with others on the market, this is by far the best.

Had Best Buy install and all i got was the install thought they would show my wife and I how it worked features etc. Other than the the install everything has worked perfect.

Thankfully the Installation team assisted me in purchasing the correct Ring Doorbell and installing it

Tech arrived on time and completed installation in efficient and courteous manner. Totally satisfied customer!

I'd recommend this unit definitely if you need to see people as well as more detail clearly

Great camera if doorbell transformer is adequate

The issue we have is the doorbell transformer and an older house was not adequate. However, we were unable to find the transformer in our house to install a replacement. Due to this we had to return the doorbell camera.

Rig Video Doorbell Pro 2 is great!!

Captures clear video of all motion at my door, including from my front door to mailbox and driveway. Also like the Neighbors' option for neighbors posting crimes, etc., in surrounding neighborhoods.
